Cancellation Policy
BOOKING & DEPOSITS
• All appointments are reserved exclusively for you.
• A non-refundable deposit is required to book and is applied to your total at checkout.
• Deposits are non-transferable and cannot be moved to another date, time, or person.
CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS
• Canceling or rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment time, or not showing up, will result in a forfeited deposit.
• Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may:
• Require full prepayment for future bookings, or
• Result in refusal of future a appointments.
LATE POLICY
• If you are more than 10 minutes late:
• Your service may be shortened to fit the remaining time, or
• Your appointment may be cancelled and your deposit forfeited.
NAIL REPAIRS
• Repairs due to normal wear within 3 days of your original appointment are complimentary.
• After 3 days, repairs are $3 per nail.
